The Zyliss Easy Release Garlic press eliminates the need to peel or touch garlic, by crushing cloves in the specially designed chamber that separates the garlic from the skin during crushing and then allows you to release the garlic without touching, using the integrated garlic release lever. The comfortable, ergonomic handle makes crushing easy and it’s dishwasher safe so easy to clean after using.
With the Easy Release Garlic Press you can crush and release garlic without the need to touch it, eliminating mess and avoiding that garlic smell on your hands. Start by placing the unpeeled garlic clove on the red pressing plate of the chamber. Squeeze the handles together to crush the garlic. The crushed garlic collects in the chamber. Simply press the integrated lever on the pressing plate to release the crushed garlic. Fully open the handles to reveal the residual peel and waste on the pressing plate. Lift with the edge of a small utensil and dispose waste. After use, pop the press into the dishwasher for fast, easy clean up.
